| Note: | New Ranchmen's Oil Co. Ltd. was incorporated in Alberta in 1942. The company changed its name to Ranchmen's Oils (1957) Ltd. in 1957; and Ranchmen's Resources Ltd. in 1970. The company amalgamated with Cogfac Resources Ltd. to form Ranchmen's Resources (1975) Ltd. in 1975. The company then amalgamated with wholly owned subsidiaries, Ranchmen's Development Ltd., Ranchmen's Minerals Ltd., Davoil Natural Resources Limited, Bluemount Resources Ltd. and Ark Explorations Limited to form Ranchmen's Resources (1976) Ltd. in 1977. In 1985, the company changed its name to Ranchmen's Resources Ltd. The company was acquired by Crestar Energy Inc. in 1995. |
